শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions):
ক্যাম্পেইনে অংশগ্রহণ করতে গ্রাহকের বয়স অন্তত ১৮(আঠারো) বছর বা এর উর্ধ্বে হতে হবে।
pack takers must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or above to be eligible for participation in the campaign.

• ক্যাম্পেইনটি ২৭ মে ২০২৩ থেকে ২৯ মে ২০২৩ পর্যন্ত চলবে।
  the timeline of the campaign is from 27 May 2023 to 29 May 2023.
• ২৭ মে ২০২৩, সকাল ৬টা থেকে রাত ১১.৫৯ পর্যন্ত প্রতি ঘণ্টায় প্রথম ৫(পাঁচ) জন প্যাক গ্রাহক পাবেন ১টি (একটি) ভিআইপি টিকেট।
  first 5 (five) pack takers of every hour between 6am to 11:59pm on 27 May 2023 will each win 1 VIP concert ticket.
• ২৮ ও ২৯ মে ২০২৩, সকাল ৬টা থেকে রাত ১১.৫৯ পর্যন্ত প্রতি ঘণ্টায় প্রথম ৫(পাঁচ) জন প্যাক গ্রাহক পাবেন ১টি  (একটি) রেগুলার টিকেট।
  first 5 (five) pack takers of every hour between 6am to 11:59pm on 28 & 29 May 2023 will each get 1 (one) regular concert ticket.
• একটি টিকেট শুধুমাত্র একজন স্কিটো গ্রাহকের জন্যেই প্রযোজ্য। টিকেটের বিকল্প হিসেবে কোনো নগদ টাকা প্রদান করা হবে না।
  only 1 (one) ticket may be issued against one (one) skitto user. winners cannot claim for cash amount in exchange for the ticket
• ক্যাম্পেইনের বিজয়ী নির্বাচনে স্কিটোর মতামতই চূড়ান্ত।
  The record of the company is final, in relation to the order of the winner(s) of the campaign
• নির্ধারিত প্যাক কেনার পরের দিন (দুপুর ২টার মধ্যে) বিজয়ীকে sms-এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
  after purchasing of the mentioned pack, winners will be notified via SMS by 2p.m. on the following day. 
• টিকেটগুলো কনসার্টের দিন ভেন্যু থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। বিজয়ীকে তার active স্কিটো সিম, sms এবং active স্কিটো অ্যাপ দেখিয়ে নির্ধারিত বুথ থেকে টিকেটসংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
  tickets have to be collected from the venue on the event day. Winner must have the active skitto SIM and show his received SMS & active skitto app to collect the ticket.
• একটি টিকেট একজন বিজয়ীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য। টিকেটগুলো বিক্রিয়-অযোগ্য, বদল-অযোগ্য এবং অংশগ্রহণকারী বিজয়ী ছাড়া অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া যাবে না।যদি কোনো অংশগ্রহণকারী টিকেট বিক্রি করে থাকেন তাহলে সেই গ্রাহকের বিরুদ্ধে আয়োজক প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিতে বাধ্য থাকবে, এমনকি কনসার্টেপ্রবেশাধিকার রহিত করতে পারবে।
  each ticket will be issued for the respective winning participant only. Each ticket is non-saleable, non-transferable and may not be assigned to anyone else other than the winning participant. If any participant is found to have sold his/her ticket, skitto reserves the right to take necessary steps against such customer, including but not limited to, refusal of entry to the concert.
• ভুল করা, মুছে যাওয়া, পরিবর্তনকৃত, অবৈধভাবে পরিবর্তিত, ডিলেট করা, চুরি করা, ধ্বংস করা, ট্রান্সমিশন বাধাগ্রস্ত হওয়া, যোগাযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হওয়া, ভাইরাসঅ্যাটাক, অবৈধ ডাটা হ্যাকিং, ডাটা করাপশন, সফটওয়্যার বা হার্ডওয়্যার
  ফেইলিউর বা যেকোনো কারণে অংশগ্রহণকারীর কোনো প্রকার বিলম্ব হওয়া, হারিয়ে যাওয়া, অসম্পূর্ণ, ভুলভাবে জমাকৃত, বিলম্বকৃত, অপঠনযোগ্য, বিকৃত, ভুলনির্দেশিত এন্ট্রির দায়িত্ব স্কিটো কোনোভাবেই নিবে না।
  skitto accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entry(s) made by the Participant(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, virus attack, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption, software or hardware failure or any other cause whatsoever.
• কোনো অংশগ্রহণকারী যদি বিঘ্নিত পদ্ধতিতে কাজ করে বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিকে বিরক্ত, অপব্যবহার, হুমকি বা হয়রানির উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে এই ক্যাম্পেইনেরপ্রক্রিয়া ও পরিচালনার সাথে কোনো হেরফের করে বা সুবিধা নেয় যা এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করে,  স্কিটো তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় সেই অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অযোগ্যঘোষণা করতে পারে এবং এই ক্যাম্পেইন এবং ভবিষ্যতের যে কোনো ক্যাম্পেইনে অংশগ্রহণ নিষিদ্ধ করতে পারে।
  skitto may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant(s), and prohibit further participation in this Campaign and any future Campaigns, by any Participant who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the process or with the operation of this Campaign or acts in violation of these Terms & Condition, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
• একমাত্র স্কিটো এই ক্যাম্পেইন এবং এই শর্তাবলীর বিষয়ে যেকোনো সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এই ক্যাম্পেইনে স্কিটোর সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত ও শেষ বলে বিবেচিতহবে এবং অংশগ্রহণকারীরা তা মানতে বাধ্য থাকবে।
  skitto reserves the sole discretion to make any decisions with regard to the campaign and these terms and conditions. Any decision of skitto shall be conclusive, final and binding on the participants of the campaign.
• নসার্টটি স্থগিত, বিলম্ব বা বাতিল হলে স্কিটো কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
  skitto will not be liable in any manner for any suspension, delay or cancellation of the concert.
• ইভেন্ট আয়োজকরা (ট্রিপলটাইম কমিউনিকেশনস ও অ্যাডভেনটর কমিউনিকেশনস লিমিটেড) বিজয়ীদের এবং ইভেন্টে উপস্থিত প্রত্যেকের স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তারজন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
  the event organizers (Tripletime Communications & Adventor Communications Limited) will be responsible for the health & safety and security of the winners and everyone attending the event
• সব ধরনের ticket বিতরণের দায়িত্ব ইভেন্ট আয়োজকদের (ট্রিপলটাইম কমিউনিকেশনস ও অ্যাডভেনটর কমিউনিকেশনস লিমিটেড)
  the event organizers (Tripletime Communications & Adventor Communications Limited) are responsible for all kind of ticket distributions of the event.
• বিজয়ীদের এবং তাদের সঙ্গীদের অবশ্যই ইভেন্ট আয়োজকদের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত নিয়মগুলি অনুসরণ করতে হবে এবং মেনে চলতে হবে৷ আয়োজকদের দ্বারানির্ধারিত rules সম্পর্কে জানার দায়িত্ব বিজয়ীদের এবং তাদের সঙ্গীদেরই।
  the winners and their peers must follow and abide by the rules set by the event organizers. It is the responsibility of the winners and their peers to know about the rules & regulations set by the organizers
• যদি ইভেন্ট আয়োজকরা কোনো বিজয়ী বা তাদের সঙ্গীদের ইভেন্টে প্রবেশ করতে বা ইভেন্টে অংশগ্রহণের অনুমতি না দেয়, তাহলে স্কিটো কোন দায় বহন করবেনা।
  if the event organizers do not allow any winner or their peers to enter the event or participate in the event, skitto will not bear any responsibility
• বিজয়ী ইভেন্টে স্বেচ্ছায় অংশগ্রহণ করবে। ইভেন্টে কোনো অভূতপূর্ব বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির জন্য স্কিটো দায়ী থাকবে না।
  winner will participate willingly in the event. skitto will not hold responsibility for any unprecedented or unwanted situation in the event.
