I recharged 197 but didn't get Mb

I recharge 197 for 22gb . Payment is successful but I don't get mb. I complicated 1 December in customer care they said in 7 days problem will be solved but 3 week past I don't get my mb. I called 3 time in customer care they said higher department will solved this. But I don't get my problem solved! It's a shame from skitto. Hope I will get my problem solved from this post.
