Worst CS team ever

What in the h*ck is Skitto's problem?? I'm in an emergency situation texting the customer support for 30 mins but No response..Searched online and called 121 but to no avail..Only a computerized answering machine..How in the heck am I supposed to get in touch with a CS agent?? This has to be my worst experience ever on any sim card I've used till now..I can't even explain the amount of rage and hate I'm feeling right now..FIX YOUR Sh!t SKITTO..
