Unable to enter in skitto app without internet.

Recently, I am facing a big problem. Without internet i'm unable to access with skitto app. For this reason can't buy data packs and check balance. PLEASE FIX THE SERVER PROBLEM OR WHATEVER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
