Call drop issue

I have to make call 10 times or more to reach someone.  Each and every time I have call drop issue moreover id someone tries to reach me am unreachable skitto have amazingly disgusting networks no one is being able to reach me .it shows them am unreachable . Am thinking to get rid out of skitto any better solution for that ?
