Can’t able to buy Data Pack

Hello, Previously I have 13tk on my own balance and now I again reload 100tk so now my total amount balance is 113tk. When I try to purchase an 4GB 7days data pack. The pack price is 99tk but I have enough 113tk when I click to buy here is showing bkash or other payment method for recharge but I have already balance on my sim so please solve this
