When I try to on skitto 4g didn’t on and volte is not coming too

    Dear customer, we are sorry for this inconvenience. Please at first, set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone. Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN and restart your handset. Your problem will be solved soon. And if you have problem using VoLTE, we need to check your number for solution. Please contact our helpline 121 or 01701000121 for non-skito users to give details about your problem and get proper solution.
