Unclear APN Settings Instructions for New Skitto Users

Grameenphone should have informed new Skitto users that to get good internet speed and service, they need to update their phone settings by changing the APN to "skittonet" in place of the default Grameenphone APN. It’s frustrating that they don’t provide this information via SMS and only give verbal instructions when you call customer care. This approach is completely unacceptable.
