Didn't get balance what I recharged

I recharged 20 tk from bkash and also my dad recharged some minutes around 100. Which is also not added in my account even there is no massage either. Check it and fix it soon please. Money doesn't come from GP's ASS. We've to earn that by hard work. Don't waste it neither Allah will punish every of you on the judgement day
