No Incoming & Outgoing Calls

I have tried everything I know to solve this issues but failed. I can't call anyone using my skitto sim ( says 'call ended' ) and no one can call my skitto number too. I tried to use their live chat option to talk with them but nobody showed up on live chat. 

I am just frustrated. How to solve this ?

    Contact with nearest skitto provider or service center.
