Emergency Calling Unavailable Notifiy

I get this notification every time I make a phone call and it disappears automatically. I've bought this sim yesterday and I have gift balance, talk time and data so I didn't recharge any amount. Calling is working fine, so my question is how do I not get this notification and if this notification means any problem and if yes then how do I solve this?
