Issue with Secret Deal Offer

I saw a Secret Deal offer in the app where I could reload 198tk to get 12GB data + 120 minutes for 30 days.
However, I’m facing a problem: I tried reloading through bKash, but I’m not getting the bundle, and bKash keeps refunding the payment shortly after each attempt.
This has happened multiple times. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any idea what might be going wrong or how to get this resolved?
