Skitto internet isn’t working since 4/5 days.

Skitto internet isn’t working since 4 or 5 days.
Call service is also having problems. 
Most of the time the network is showing cross marks.
My monthly package is going to waste.  🙂💔
It’s very disappointing experience ever.  👎👎👎
