Skitto Offer Payment Completed but No Recharge/Offer Received

Dear Skitto Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you about an issue regarding a failed recharge after successful payment through bKash on the Skitto app today, 30 June 2025.

📌 Details of the Issue:

Offer Selected: Jhalmuri Mix – 20GB for 7 Days @ 153.75 BDT

Payment Method: bKash (previously saved account)

Transaction Date: 30 June 2025

Transaction ID (TrxID): CFU***JZ6Z

Payment Status: Successfully deducted from bKash

Offer Status: Still not activated on my Skitto account


After selecting the above-mentioned offer and proceeding with the bKash payment, 153.75 BDT was successfully debited from my bKash account. However, as of now, the offer has not been activated in my Skitto account.

📎 Supporting Evidence:

I have a screenshot of the successful bKash payment showing the TrxID.

I also have a screenshot of the Skitto app showing that the offer has not been activated yet.


I kindly request you to look into this issue and either activate the offer or process a refund as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any further information or documentation.

    Same thing happened to me twice today. Once i purchased a recharge offer, 2nd times 100 taka recharge, none of the transactions were credited to my Skitto account whereas it was deducted from my bkash account. Called the customer support, a guy names Sabbir answered but he wasn’t able to solve or give me any correct informations.

    Im reload in skitto app from bkash it's has pay but there is no balance in skitto
