Network Problem

Now a days my skitto sim gave worst network problem! I purchased 20 gb internet and i can't use! I think that's waste of money totally, if i can't use my internet. I need full refund or asap give me solutions or fix my network problem, i have another Banglalink sim and it work so fine! So the problem i facing is yours!
