Free Facebook and massenger doesn't work

So with gp and most other sim, u can use free Facebook and massenger just by turning on data, even with zero mb in your balance, but for some reason it doesn't work with skitto sim. I don't know if the problem is only with sim or not. Even so, how do i fix it if there's any.
