Recharge Unsuccessful

I have made a payment through Rocket an amount of 198tk for new sim offer pack.  In rocket the payment is successful but in skitto it shows unsuccessful and 198tk is also deducted from my account.  Please solve this issue, make sure i get my MB and minutes from 198 tk pack. (Tk198.00 paid through e-Commerce gateway.)

    I recharged through Visa credit card to claim Chill Deal offer..But it did not arriveBut money was deducted from my Card balance
