Payment was taken but reload was denied

Was reloading while found an offer for exactly my reloading amount, it was a new sim offer, so i selected anyway. I paid with Rocket, and the amount was taken. But right after the payment the whole deal was denied by skitto, and the money wasn't refunded. I didn't got neither the offer or the reload, the money is simply gone, it has been 2 days and 198 tk is still not refunded yet.
