Hello,
I made a Skitto Direct Charge payment today but the balance has not been added to my SIM yet. Here are the details:

Amount: ৳100

Date & Time: 26/09/2025, 06:21 PM

Transaction ID: CIQ6PT45ZS

Mobile Number: 01714170678


The money was deducted from my account, but I have not received it in my Skitto balance. Kindly check and resolve this issue.

    Hello,I made a Skitto Direct Charge payment yesterday's  but the balance has not been added to my SIM yet. Here are the details:
    Tk249.00 paid through e-Commerce gateway. NetBal: Tk259.86 TxnId: 5763251608 Date:27-SEP-25 08:00:58 pm. Don't share your PIN with anybody

    The money was deducted from my account, but I have not received it in my Skitto balance. Kindly check and resolve this issue.
