Connection Issue

I always  use weekly pack ! I noticed big disturbing issue ? whenever my data balance going below 200 MB , connection issue arrives ! It tooks more time to load simple page like Google , Bkash app , nexus pay app , PUBG game.   Sometimes it shows connection time out !!!  "R vibinno somoy 1 GB thaka obsthay je bole we ar facing some issue plz come back latter "
200 MB kono dam nai ??
Pro Suggestion : Make this app free to use if no data balance left ! Everytine needs to connect wifi for purchaseing  pack from skitto app which is basically a smart generation internet sim . ??
