Reload problem

have been using skitto verry long time but today I faced a problem that when i reloaded from my bkash  but it wasn’t added to my skitto account but it was cut from my bkash account. So give me a solution. My   TrxID is 6KP62I5MZ4

    Please check account balance again. If not solved yet then you can raise a ticket in https://support.portwallet.com with all the details to get a faster refund.
