why sms pack is so expensive here!?

I'd like to use one sim in my phone. So, if I'm using skitto then it must be includ my need.
I'm looking for SMS pack in skitto. there's only 2 option to buy sms pack. Which is high cost then other sim.
100 SMS 10tk with 7days validity, where other SIM (i don't want to name here) gave you 1500 any number SMS in 19tk with 30 days validity.
I wish skitto will think about this and make more improvement.
