Skitto Net server problem and poor service quality

?Few days ago,Internet server was not working for at least 4 hours 
unabled to access internet. In this scenario,What will happen to my data validity? 
This kind of interruption and poor service are going on through the starting of skitto journey 
and still you people are unable to solve the problem ?. It's really shameful for this kind of big telco company. ?
