Recharging Robi using skitto app

Today I've recharged Robi no. using skitto apps. My credit card debited but robi no. is not recharged. What's the problem? Could anyone help me please!!!

     :p  :p :#  Bro, It's Impossible to reload Robi account from skitto app, skitto app used to reload only skitto number.
