For how long is my reload valid?
Depending on how much you reload, the validity will vary. Take a look at the table below:
Because skitto adores you all, even if your validity expires, you will be able to receive calls for the next 90 days. If that 90 day period is over and you still haven’t reloaded (please don’t do this to us), we will still keep your number for the next 15 months.
You can reload anytime during these 15 months and come back to us. If it’s been over 90 days + 15 months and you still haven’t come back (oh God WHY!!), we unfortunately have to shut down your skitto number *sniff sniff* and you’ll have to get a new number if you decide to come back.
