Can I go to other operators from skitto through mobile number portability (MNP)?

Yes, you can port out from skitto to any other operator. To port out, you need to go to other operator's customer care center with the following:

  • your skitto number that you want to port out
  • your name
  • your NID number
  • your birthdate according to your NID
  • your current address
  • your fingerprint

There is a fee for porting out that will be communicated to you by the other operators' customer care center. Please note, MNP services are only available from Sunday to Thursday. You will not be able to avail MNP services on Friday and Saturday.
