What do I need to do?
To turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your device:
- Open Settings
- Go to Mobile Network / SIM Settings
- Turn VoLTE ON
- Turn Wi-Fi Calling ON
- Connect to a supported Wi-Fi network
For Wi-Fi Calling, VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling both need to be turned ON on the phone. Wi-Fi Calling will not work when VoLTE is turned OFF.
