Ans. If customer recharge 695/995 taka, amount will be added in main account, and customers will be able to purchase the packs with main account balance.

6. Who can purchase these Packs?

Ans. All skitto customer are eligible for this pack

Ans. Customer can avail these plans from Skitto App

8. Can customers purchase multiple Plans for same number?

Ans.  Yes; Customers can purchase these packs multiple plans.

9. What will happen upon pack expiration?

Ans. Upon pack validity expiration, customers numbers will fall under regular recycle process as per system.

Terms and Condition:

1. This offer is applicable for all Skitto customer.
2. To avail this offer, Skitto customers must recharge with the pack value or maintain sufficient balance, and then purchase from Skitto App
3. For 695 & 995tk pack, customers will get 3 years and 5 years “Account Validity” respectively.
4. Upon purchasing this validity extension packs though Skitto App, customer will not get any data, voice or SMS with these offers. Only his/her main account validity will be extended.
5. In case of multiple purchases, maximum Validity logic will be applicable.
6. Upon activating the validity pack, customers will be charged as per base tariff or their active pack modality.
7. After pack validity expiration, customers will fall under recycle process (if applicable).
